Wang Wensheng (aka heard)

He was born in Handan in 1963.

In 1986, graduated from Hebei Normal University Fine Arts Department and taught in this school.

In 1989, he graduated from the fourth session of the oil paintingassistantship seminar of China Central Academy of Fine Arts.

Before 2006, he taught at Academy of Fine Artsof Hebei Normal University, as a professor and master's tutor.
